There are restorations...and there are restorations. If you are building a dash for a street rod or truck, maybe you should take a closer look before you buy. With all the time, all the money, and all the work that you've got tied up in your project, why settle for almost right?
Other Gauges,

Senders,
Speed Ratio Adapters
Cable & Casing,
Wouldn't you rather have a beautiful 120 mph speedometer with an accurate speed unit and silicone dampening for smoother operation matched to a gauge cluster with instruments that fit your late model engine's requirements?
Today, most thermostats are 195 degrees and normal operation is generally around 205 degrees, some even higher. Obviously, the old 212 or 220 degree Bourdon tube temperature gauge with a bunch of adapter fittings is not the right choice. We use a 250 degree, high-reliability electric, aviation standard movement that exceeds OEM specifications. We offer temperature senders in a wide choice of sizes to fit your engine...no adapters.
For a modern V8 you need an 80 PSI oil pressure gauge. We give you the right scale, and no more ugly oil lines or plumbing that can leak onto your carpet!
Ammeters are getting less popular and less practical so we convert to a voltmeter. It's easier for you to install and much safer.
The speed unit is rebuilt and calibrated to more realistic (or maybe unrealistic) speeds. The quality of all the movements we use is conceded to be absolutely the best quality in the automotive market, bar none!
On every conversion, the case is stripped down to bare metal, rust-proofed, and the inside is painted with two coats of gloss-white enamel to provide even illumination. Dial graphics are applied directly onto face dials, no temporary stickers. If the graphics are on the lens, they are screened onto new glass whenever possible. The completed unit is inspected and tested again, then shipped with a 24-month warranty.
Want a tach or a clock or a turbo gauge? We can build many other gauges to match the original styling. On the '47-'53 Chevy we do a very clean installation of a 7,000 rpm tach in the middle of the gauge cluster...no additional holes in the dash!
Tank sender problem? No problem! We can rescue most tank senders. Send yours in and we will tell you if it can be saved and estimate the repairs for you.
Changed the rear-end or tire size? Give us a call us and we can tell you how to check your drive ratio, then we'll make up a ratio adapter, geared so your speedometer will read how fast you are really going.
Need a new cable? Just tell us what trans you have and how long the cable needs to be and we can make you a genuine Stewart Warner cable to fit.
